Hiring Procedure

To facilitate the hiring of graduate assistants the Graduate School we offer all forms in the hiring packet online and on SharePoint. Faculty and Staff will need to get comfortable obtaining the forms from the SharePoint site.  The forms that are on our webpage will eventually be removed. 

An index listing of all graduate assistant forms and a brief description of each may also be found on this website. The index page is subdivided according to the specific forms required for new appointments and re-appointments.

Graduate Assistant forms are in PDF, which requires the free Adobe Reader that you can download by visiting this site: http://www.adobe.com. Downloading this software will allow you to print the forms, save blank copies, or fill them out on-line. To save completed versions of the form, it will be necessary to purchase Adobe Acrobat. This software package is sold on campus in the bookstore. Please note that forms still must be printed and have original signatures.
